The Norse “religion” has gone from a series of stories and “myths” to an active religion since the fall of the old world. This due mainly to the uprising of Beast-men and Demons that resemble creatures similar to the old stories, giving it viability. Unlike some other schools of magic, The Norse Pantheon is sexist and only will grant powers more easily to man or woman depending on the power.

  • Can be combined with Close or Ranged combat with Archaic weapons.
  • Can make simple charms and Potions.

Flight
Both: Cost = Action Number

The caster manifests a set of ethereal wings. Though Slow they allow for a clumsy flight.

Rules

  • Enables flight with Maximum Speed of 3 (120mph)
  • Additional Energy per “Passenger”
  • Clumsy flight
Warrior’s Calling
Male: Cost = Action Number + 2
Female: Cost = Action Number + 3

The Warrior’s Calling imbues the stalwart with increased attributes. Energy put into this action stay in this action stays in the action for a number of events equal to double the action number. For each point of energy increase your Strength and Agility by 1, for every 3 points of energy increase your Durability by 1. No attribute can be increased beyond the level of Warrior’s Calling.

  • spend energy to increase core attributes.
  • 1 Event to enact change.
  • Duration = events equal to action number.
Odin’s Eye
Male: Cost = Action Number + 2
Female: Cost = Action Number + 1

Using any solid circle, reflective surface and sphere the caster can see events transpiring at an distant location. Distance is limited to the Ranges chart on the D&R. You must overcome the distance as well as highest magical defense of any person/object in the area.

Rules

  • Can “perceive” distant locations.
  • spend additional energy per sense beyond sight
  • Spend Energy for distance and to overcome resistance
